Are you asking for us to judge based on the packaging? You should take some pictures with them installed instead.

I haven't used the ZXE but they seemed to have really good reviews on Amazon. I have tried the Silverstar Ultra before and they are great but seem to not last as long.

I was hoping to get some feedback on which one looks better and which one performs better. I have a $50 gift card from my B-Day to spend on something.

Are they better than the OEM bulbs? I was wondering if the ZXE bulbs have that bluish tint?

They are supposed to brighter and pure white, not bluish.

Nice job Matt, thanks for sharing the images. I think I might end up going this route as well if I don't get the projectors.

My only issue with these bulbs is that the lifespan is so short. Not an issue if the bulbs are easy to change.
I tried them on my Yukon and a bulb change takes about an hour per side[wrenchin]. Such a PITA that I went back to the stock bulbs.

Agreed. I've not yet changed bulbs on the FiST, but in many vehicles it's not nearly as quick & easy as it should be. If that's the case here, then bulb life becomes a significant criterion for me. I hate wrestling with headlights, wiring harnesses, and the like. Had a Volvo a few years back on which it was very easy to muck up (read "destroy") the headlight assembly in trying simply to replace a bulb. Turned a simple bulb change into a several hundred dollar visit to the dealer. [Talk about a bad design!]

Well, if removing the light assembly is any indication of bulb replacement complexity, it should be dead simple on these cars. Cursory glance would make me think think the same.

I replaced the bulbs without removing the headlamp assembly.

I didn't say you had to remove the assembly, just that if they are that easy to remove, then bulb replacement should be super simple as well :) glad to hear it is easy!
