Is this 10 days of communication being exchanged or 10 days of "ghosting"?
Unless you have pissed a tuner off with random questioning without buying a product, none are “ghosting”. They are simply busy as fuck and thats just how it is right now. Not all tune for a living, some might do it as a second job. 9-5 regular job then working again afterwards on tuning.

almost all supply chains are blocked up, services are taking longer than usual, products out of stock etc. and this seems to apply to the remote tuning right now…this isnt a millennial from snapchat “ghosting” you after youve bought a product lol.

Yeah... you didn't really answer my question, lol. So has he been in communication and given you an ETA with his busy schedule? Or has he been quiet this whole time and any potential customer should expect to keep waiting 15+ days beyond like yourself, and on going?

I mean I'm just here for info. Either way, it doesn't matter to me. I'm not committed to Dizzy right now since I'm technically not a customer. Just gathering info. ;)

No communication for me other than revisions. I personally dont see a point on sending ETA email requests as that will just bog him/said tuner down, obviously he is working on someone else’s or mine, and i understand waiting my turn is part of the process. 16 days in i received my first revision. If your in Bc just choose stratified and use their dyno to get it done in a day…

Turn around too fast and you'd get only make yourself dizzy.

So I guess you send in data logs + a description of what you want and they respond with a custom tune?

Sounds pretty cool. Sounds like something that one could convert into a set of computer algorithms and automate.

FWIW Jason has been awesome tuning my new turbo and manifold setup. Has sent me a revision within a week of sending him logs and been super helpful with troubleshooting. On revision 4 now and the car feels absolutely awesome.
S280?

What code or codes are you getting?
Well i have two codes unrelated to vacuum, cause i went catless. But my tuner said to check for vac/intake leaks. Iirc the codes are bank 1 below threshold and something else cat 02 sensor related.

Did you use a o2 sensor elbow for the post cat sensor? Also check for post Manifold leaks on the exhaust also* DP Mostly

I used whatever extension was supplied in the kit. It was like a bung-spacer if that makes sense at all. Yeah i cant get under the car atm, but its going for a smoke test at a newly found performance shop. I have trust issues with shops but i am relinquishing this job to a reputable shop in hopes they treat it well, and also find the leak sooner than i would. Id like this tuning process to be finished 🙃🙃🙃

You using dizzy? I thought our car regulated AFR based on the MAP sensor in the intake manifold so any leak before that wouldn't make much difference? Try what typhoon said and check your MAP adapter assuming you've got one in there to run a BOV

No you’re not confused. Most aftermarket BOVs are mechanically actuated but that one I believe retains the stock electronic actuation and is controlled by the ecu. You won’t have an adapter so ignore that suggestion.
