Is anyone else experiencing longer-than-usual turn around times for revisions? Ive been spoiled/accustomed to 48 hours at the max, but am currently at 7 days. Hope everything is ok on his end..

Jason & crew must be 'off the hook' BUSY (like everyone else in the biz, it seems), since they have not picked up the phone for at least the last month that I've been calling them.

I am happy for them all, since if they were not this busy, they would not have survived this past year plus, nor would they be around anymore to offer us their tunes/services/products. [wink] [thumb]

same! happy they are booming and all is well, however i am a little tired of waiting 15 days my first revision. a heads-up on lead times, or maybe even a "out-of-stock" notice would have been nice...

15 days for a 1st revision?? This seems extremely concerning to me. As I'm shopping around for tuners now and turnaround time is kind of a high priority.
I most likely will only insure my car for the summer and if I spend half of it waiting for revisions, that's not good..

All my other experiences with dizzy have been amazing, revisions and initial tunes sent out within 48 hours. This lastest experience, people are saying he is super busy and i get that. But two weeks is pretty agitating. Maybe try JST, tune +, or even stratified. Dont make me wait longer lmao….jk. Sort of. Ive literally recommended him to anyone seeking a tuner and while i still would, im over waiting in line when ive got a “big” turbo now and not getting a basic e30 flash

Pointless. If youve chosen him, stick with him. He is busy and asking for a refund means you expect him to see the email and then instead of revise your tune, refund you. It’ll come through give him time like i did. Sucks, but is what it is IMO. Hes a great tuner and nice guy overall.

Yeah I bet he is busy and probably a nice guy but this is gonna take 2 months and I would much rather get a refund or partial refund and get it from someone else

What Turbo setup are you on? Stock Snail? Hybrid? BT? The people who pay anywhere from $500-$700 dollars for a protune are usually dealt with first. Then comes the flash tunes* I've waited as long as 3 weeks and I'm BT. I enjoy what I have and when I get the next file....I get the next file. Easy young grasshopper....all good things come with time and bad things happen quickly within seconds.

I say stick with Jason. Customer service is great I'm currently waiting to get in touch with him so I can jog his head for advice or knowledge. But his tunes are awesome you won't regret it trust me.
