Just noticed when I leave my clutch pedal all the way out I have a nocking noise/rumble sounds like two bits of metal tapping when I push clutch in it stops. When I'm driving in 3rd at low revs it's making a groaning noise until I'm up in the revs plus my clutch pedal is really heavy any ideas...
