When I drive the car after it’s been sitting makes this creaking noise when engaging the clutch in gears 1-2, it’s more as the load of the motor changes if that makes sense. Like if I’m in second creaping and accelerate it makes the same noise. I think it’s coming from the passenger side mount but I checked it real quick yesterday and the 6 bolts for the mount were tight still, I do plan on replacing the bolt and throwing in the pineapple slice from powerflex and hope that will fix it. The transmission and clutch seem like they’re working fine shifts smooth and only makes the noise at low speeds and when it’s colder I have attached a video with the noise headphones make it easier to hear

I see you have a Mountune RMM, lube that thing up. I replaced it cause it wouldn't stop creaking. My friend got it and lubed the heck out of it and it did not make any further noises.

I had those exact same symptoms a couple years ago. The issue was the passenger motor mount. It's a common issue. I googled the symptoms and found a couple of other threads on this forum and others with the exact same issue. Some were able to just lube the mount to resolve the issue. I had to replace the mount to fix the issue. It's been 2 years and I don't get the creaking anymore.

Here are some threads I just found for reference:
