Car alarm going off at night

I have a 2019 (69) fiesta and for some reason the alarm keeps going off at night 😬🤪🤔 it's been in the ford dealership and I was told its because its not doing very many miles to charge the battery, however over the last couple of days its done more than enough miles to charge the battery but it still happens at night but not during the day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ☺

Ask to speak to the manager.






What alarm are you talking about? I don't think our Fiestas have one. If you have an antitheft alarm, and it goes off at night, I'd look into pranks by neighborhood kids, cats, that sort of thing.

If I were you, I'd speak with the manager and ask for a new battery
