So what's stopping us from creating digital gages on my ford touch? We can mine the data, is it merely the interface software?

I'm thinking that's the issue. Has anyone found a development kit for making custom apps for Ford Touch?

Sadly, none of this says you're building for the Ford Touch interface but rather just being able to code something for the Ford vehicle that runs on a smartphone. Hmm...
