Do 11-13 Fiesta taillights fit USDM Fiesta ST’s?

Yeah, assuming that they're also USDM pre-facelift fiestas. AFAIK the only thing that changed during the facelift was the actual face. The ass end of all the cars never changed until they came out with the ST, and that only added the diffuser

What year did the wiring change? All the FiSTs are the same in the Americas since they sold them in the US.

the connector is the same but you'll need to repin the wires
we have plug and play 2014-2019 tail lights available -and- the 2011-2013 which need re-pinned on the site
