How exact does an ethanol mixture need to be, I try to get as close to 40-60 ethanol to gas ratio as I can, but often I'm off by +/- 2-3%

Maybe the coils are struggling to keep up with the ethanol at the Higher RPm?

I bought NGK coils to replace the factory coils, and nothing changed. Actually, after less than 2k miles one of the NGK coils suddenly died and I had to drive home on 3 cylinders, now I have 2 of the factory coils in, and 2 ngk coils. I wanna see if any more will die
