Heater In Lockout Mode-B1D34

I'm rebuilding a copart salvaged 2014 ST and I have this code popping up. I have cleared it multiple times, and the heater and entire climate system seems to be working fine, so not sure about this one? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

On Ford Mondeo MK4 it was related to issue heating the motor for cold start.
