Well if it was me id get a battery maintainer/ charger. hook it up and charge the battery and see if that will do anything. The battery isn't fully charged at 11.7 volts
So what does that mean for me. Am i going to have to have thr car towed now?? I cant afford that at all. And i could barely afford the appointment to get the navigation looked at.
I found the below text on Cobb's website. It's regarding the issue that you have. Is your firmware on the Accessport version 1.7.3.0-17749 or later. If it's pre 17749, then this is the reason. Good luck.
Plug your Accessport into your computer and run the Accessport manager. It should tell you which firmware version you are currently running. Off of the top of your head, do you recall updating the firmware in April of this year or more recent? Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Actually, they are in Texas. I don't think you have any other options. But on the lighter side, it seems that they should be able to get you going. You just have to contact them first. I know it's not what you want to hear, but it is , what it is. At least it's fixable.
I really don't think that you will be charged any money. It's a bug on their end, so they should make things right at no cost. If what the poster on Facebook is true, Cobb gave him a rental car, so if that's how they operate, you should be good to go. Best of luck to you.
