I was searching a bit and here in Germany the Price is 740 Dollar for the 2 Headlights, in 2013 it was 1060 Dollars

You could open the housing and set the led strip inside to avoid the day time look.

I bought a set of USDM headlights, had the covers opened, and put LED strips on the inside, as well as HID lights. After selling my OEM headlights for $500.00, total cost was $750.00 for the retrofit HIDs and LEDs. These are HIDs not halogen with projectors. Just about the same cost as the German ones, and Yes, mine are no longer DOT approved either. If I had gone plane jane, costs after selling the OEMS would have been $500.00.
