If you don't want to deal with spline lugs:

WheelGuard 1957, Bulge Acorn Lug Nut, 12mm-1.5, 3/4" (19mm) Hex, Chrome Plating (20) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N459459/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_uilCAbG69V52T

I just got these from Amazon. CJ Pony parts also sells them. After reading about the issues with our OEM lugnuts, I went for forged steel. I won't actually install them until I put my OEM wheels back on in the Spring. The reviewers on Amazon are correct, they come covered in what looks like rust dust. I'm beginning to wonder if its not some preservative Gorilla uses. Getting them cleaned up involved rinsing with hot water then in the oven for a while at 150 degrees to dry the threads. It took 5 minutes. So its worth ignoring some of the crybaby reviewers on Amazon.
