Hey guys this is Garrett! Some people here may know me as the guy who spends too much money on not so important things for his car haha
Marty is mine, I bought him brand new in 2019!

Here is the current build list on Marty:

Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 Tires

And I believe that is it for now! I thought I would make this post for comments, ideas, suggestions etc. Right now My primary focus is paying off medical bills but I am setting aside $200 a month for the car for awhile.

My power goal for the car in the future is 280whp. I understand a big turbo is needed, I did have an S280 but sold it to help pay for medical bills.

I will be posting photos of the car in the future! But I have made some posts on here already so check out my post history if you'd like!

Have any suggestions? See anything I missed? Something you have that helps tremendously? I do not autocross this car, simply a project daily driver to enjoy on the streets with the occasional totally legal mutual acceleration with my friends on the weekend haha

How hard was it to remove the carpet? Does it make road noise way worse not having it in?
I can speak to that part. Easy to pull out if you don't ever want to put it back. A bit more complicated if you want to have the option of putting it back. I have front door cards and front dash, nothing else. No headliner, carpet, rear plastics, nothig. It's loud AF but I'm sure my mbrp exhaust doesn't help.

As Jabbit said, yes! Very easy to pull out if you do not plan on putting it back in haha. I do not plan on putting it back in.

i was apart of the member group buy for the door cards, but since the medical stuff I havenā€™t had time or extra funds to put into the car. I will be taking out the headliner this weekend along with the rear door cards and motor assemblies.

also thank ya so much everyone for your comments! I do have an IG for the car although I donā€™t post too often. Give it a follow if youā€™d like :)

I took out my motors but inspection in my state includes functional windows. I'm switching over to manual window cranks.

Those beautiful seats (did you get a passenger side one as well?) and Adam's exhaust system alone probably set you back more than I've spent in total on my car so far! [crazyeye]

Only the driver seat! I only run the driver seat in my car. Seat is about $3300 and the exhaust was about $1800! If you are over 5'10 do not buy the seat, unless you have a stunted upper body and are all legs. I have a very wide frame from genetics and I barely fit in the seat hahaha
