Need help weird noise

Hey everyone

quick question.... my car started to make this noise out of nowhere. It sounds like a knocking right behind or inside the dash. Weird thing is it only does it when I start the car.... then it goes away. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Blend air door actuator in the dash. Welcome to the Club! Is it still under 3 yr. 36k warranty? If not Jeff made a good thread on how to change it out yourself!
