He's in the UK so he is likely asking about the stock seats on a 2022 Fiesta ST or whatever they call in now in the UK. I would expect the seats have not changed from previous editions so for long distance driving they are in improvement over the Recaro's which are distinctly restrictive. Took my 2019 US spec ST for a 650 mile drive over Christmas and the factory seats provided reasonable comfort for the 10 hour drive.
Note the best seats I have ever experienced were those in a 1970 VW Beetle. I test drove a New Beetle about 3 years after it's introduction and the seats felt just as good as those on my 1970 real Beetle. IMO the best seats you'll ever find in a small car are VW seats, this company just seems to place a high value on comfortable seats.
