Having an overpowered fwd car (Mazda speed 3) with an LSD and bad traction control programming vs the fiesta with an electronic diff and good traction control programming I’ll take the fiesta.
With traction control on the Mazda, the car would fall on its face, completely cutting power and bog and take several seconds to let boost build. With TC off spinning the tires through 1st 2nd and part of third was the norm without serious throttle control practice.
I like setting traction control on the fiesta to very intrusive so I can just let it rip with the pedal to the floor in 1st and 2nd. I think I would consider and LSD as one of my last mods since here in Texas is mostly highway driving for me.
