Wherls are in good condition. One small rash point that was repainted. Nothing horrible, and isn't visible at all when you step away and have them on the car. They were used for about 6,000 miles so I'd say pretty fair for their use.

are they the matte black or gloss black? Cant really tell in the picture. what is the offset and wheel hub size? if you can get a price figured out to ship it to my APO address ill take them.

They are matte black. Since no one wants them in the U.S. I may need to send them your way. PM me some info, I have no idea what it takes to ship your way. PM me the details.
