I've just read this one on my android phone using kindle app.

I think it was great, so i would recommend it for beginners like me.
However it did not mention anything about GDI tuning.

Anyone know any MUST read tuning books? Not necessarily about EFI tuning, so anything about tuning/modding is of interest.
