LSPI? Getting preignition? Getting a lot of negative timing corrections? Plug insulators off-color?

Seems like you have a lot of changes that are intended to increase airflow. Are you possibly lean?

No, my car is pro tuned by stratified. They recommend going one step colder when pushing over 24psi on the stock turbo. I am at 27.3psi
