All,

I just bought the Ultimate Shifter package (10/29) and it arrived today. I went online to watch the install videos and noticed that they were having a 10% off sale for Halloween (that I missed). I used the chat feature on the website and Sarah instantly refunded 10% of my purchase price. Just made me a repeat customer. Very impressed.
