Ford may have designed the Focus RS for extreme handling on the tracks but the sports hatch is still capable of blowing the straight line away with its 2.3L motor. The Mustang-sourced engine that is fitted on the Focus RS is packed with 350hp and 350ft-lbs of torque.
Such figures are also not for show as the Focus RS demonstrates great power when going against the likes of Volkswagen Golf R and Honda Civic Type-R. Both cars are the main rivals for the Focus RS but it is not something that is bothersome for Ford.
