my ford etis has not updated in months,

reuse 30.11.00020 or something like this and it has been this way for months,

anyone have any info??

That means your Focus RS hasn't been built yet. The Etis system will update with a real build date a few days before your car is scheduled to build.

build date was updated, 23 08 2016 . how long does shipping and so on take , when should i expect my vehicle?

Congrats, it normally takes about another month to cross the Atlantic. That's how long mine took.
