Whatever they come out of the box at. Gapping iridiums is not such a black art as others imply. It's relatively easy to do.
Yea that's true. I don't have a caliper and knowing my clumsiness I tend to avoid doing anything like bending small parts, it's why I just spend the little extra to have someone do for me :D

My method is gentle taps on a workbench or concrete and slowly close the gap, then check the gap with this tool - https://www.amazon.com/Hotop-Blades-Feeler-Imperial-Measuring/dp/B06XHXJG31
