The Ford Focus RS is easily the hottest sports hatch in the world right now. Even if it is not the fastest, the all-new Ford Focus RS is one of the most talked about cars today.

This cannot be helped as the Focus RS looks really good and it is powered by a Mustang-sourced 2.3L 4-cylinder EcoBoost turbo engine. Such a setup allows the Focus RS to generate a whopping 350hp and 350ft-lbs of torque. The best part of them all is that the Focus RS will be affordable to own.

Prices for the Focus RS are expected to be in between $35,000 and $40,000 when released. The problem is that most dealers here in the US are already asking a ton of money for the car. On average, the dealers have marked up the Focus RS to around $55,000.

This cannot be helped since a limited number of Focus RS will get shipped into the US from Europe. Ford is currently gauging the demand for the car before they ship in more units into the country.
